Icebreaker: A Viking Voyage (Universal) App Reviews

Imagine a world in which you buy a game and then dont have ads and in-app purchases constantly shoved down your throat. Seriously, close your eyes and dream. Now, buy a Nitrome game and experience that world. My love for Nitrome aside, Icebreaker is just plain fun, a great mobile puzzler with enough optional challenges to allow the novice to progress and the pro to squeeze some extra value and enjoyment out of this great game. Also, I love the 16-bit aesthetic. The sound design is phenomenal too. Get this game!

Please do one more map pack and have the chiefs troll side as the final boss please I want to fight him I even tried drawing a picture of what the boss fight should look like PLEEEEEEEEASE do another map pack!!!! (P.S. I think the chief is the two headed troll.) P.P.S. Pls do more levels kthxbai.

Its an OK game. Need a directions place to review when needed. Not as juvenile as most games out there now. Could do WITHOUT all of the useless, narrative air bubbles. Perhaps animate the trolls, throw in some dragons, a Loki...

Still a really good game, but impossible to beat the boss of trollmarsh, app automaticly close when i finish him. So i cant play the next world.. Please update!

The game is awesome, but am I the only one who doesnt hear any music? To me, a Nitrome game cannot be silent. Furthermore, there ARE options to turn of sound but it doesnt change anything to me!

Just like the online original. Worth the money.

This game is un winnable without purchasing expensive "god powers" . I feel this financial strategy cheats the player. (You will never win the middle levels on, without purchasing "god powers"). Rovio tries to head off the critics, with a little cartoon, implying they arent one of "those companies". Well "Rovio " is. If you have deep pockets, youll love this game. If you dont have money to spare, youll get stuck over and over again until you reach a level you cant pass without paying, very dishonest.

I played nitrome when I was a kid and I had a bunch of fun. This game tops the ones on the site, BIG time! Keep going nitrome!
